Uniform Bureau

The Police Department's most visible members are represented by uniformed patrol officers.  Patrol officers provide 24/7 service to the community and may also participate in the Honor Guard and EDGE. EDGE is comprised of the SWAT Team, Crisis Intervention Unit, Mobile Field Force Unit, Accident Investigation Unit, and Explosive Technicians. Our officers strive to be both proactive and responsive to the needs of the community, including public service, traffic enforcement, and apprehension of criminals.
