  2. Shaker Recreation Scavenger Hunt

    Thank you for participating in the Shaker Recreation SCAVENGER HUNT! Get ready for a fun, free, and family-friendly adventure right here in Shaker Heights! Our scavenger hunt invites residents to explore some of the city’s beautiful outdoor spaces while solving clues and enjoying time together.

    There are 5 locations in this Scavenger Hunt:

    Gridley Park
    Hildana Park
    Horseshoe Park
    Southerly Park
    Thornton Park

    Visit all five featured locations and look for a sign with a QR code at each one. Scan the code to access that location’s trivia question. Solve all five clues, then unscramble the underlined letters from each correct answer to crack the final clue!

    Submit your answers by filling out this entry form. Your timestamped entries will determine who will win our SCAVENGER HUNT PRIZES:

    Grand Prize: 2025 Family Pass to Thornton Park Pool and Thornton Park Ice Arena
    Runner-Up: Fully Paid Thornton Park Pool Family Pass
    Second Runner-Up: 50% Discount on a Thornton Park Pool Family Pass
