[ARCHIVED] Water Main Replacement: Warrington Road

Graphic for construction update notice

A major waterline improvement project will begin on Warrington Road the week of July 4. The scope of work entails installation of a new waterline on Warrington Road between South Woodland Road and Southington Road. After the waterline has been installed, the road will be resurfaced.  The waterline replacement and resurfacing is scheduled to be completed by mid-October (weather permitting).

All residents within the construction area will be able to access their homes. Refuse pick-up and fire protection will be maintained as well. Damage to curbs, driveways, sidewalks, and tree lawns due to the construction activity will be repaired at no cost to the residents. Note: Impacted residents will receive mailed notifications with additional details.

  • When the work begins, street parking will be prohibited on Warrington Road between 7 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Only local traffic will have access to this portion of Warrington Road during construction. Please follow the traffic patterns established by the signs, barricades and warning lights.
  • Reminder: Please keep neighborhood children safe by warning them about the dangers of playing in the construction site or on the equipment.

For questions about the project, please contact Construction Manager Christian Maier at 216-491-1490.
