Public Hearing on the request of Bill Hance, New Vista Enterprises, representing Matt McDonald & Therese Roche, 2700 Landon Road, to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance to the pool location regulations. The applicant proposes an in-ground swimming pool in the rear yard. A variance is requested in order to locate the pool deck 3 feet 11 inches from the side property line. Code requires a 10-foot landscape setback around a pool deck. A new 6-foot tall privacy fence, partial retaining wall and juniper bushes are proposed to provide screening along the side property line.
