Project Overview
To continue the implementation of the Lee Road Action Plan, the City has contracted artist Darius Steward and Snack Break Studio to each create a mural to be installed in the Chagrin-Lee commercial district in summer 2026. These artists were selected by the Public Art Task Force after the City put out a Call for Artists that received 28 submissions.
The design process included the artists meeting with neighborhood residents and business owners to ensure the art reflects the neighborhood's rich history, unique culture, diverse people, and values.
